Contributions

It is hard to detemine which one of Martin Majoor's typefaces has contributed most to the field of typography. His typefaces Scala and Scala Sans are among the first typefaces that were on the web. Because of this, many recognize the Scala type family as a classic on the internet.

Scala Scala Sans

Questa was a very large contribution to the field of typography. In conjuction with type designer Jon Buivenga, The Questa project was launched in 2010 and is considered a type foundry. There are many variations to Questa, the mains ones are just Questa and Questa Sans. Questa strongly resembles the typeface Didot, while Questa Sans resembles Helvetica

Typeface Analysis

This is Telefont. Martin Majoor designed this typeface between 1993 and 1994. This typeface was designed for the Dutch national telephone book. It is a sans serif, and does not have a serif counterpart. I would consider this typeface to be a Geometric Sans. It has no Serif, and it does not have the Humanist ends. It's plain and simple with fairly wide apertures.
